The £20 runs all year. Twelve months of platform fee, even across the weeks you aren't coaching. That's counted here.
Stripe is 1.5% + 20p per payment on standard UK cards, passed through at cost. Payment counts are rounded to whole payments.
Mileage is costed at HMRC's approved rate of 55p a mile, which covers fuel, servicing, insurance and wear, not fuel alone.
Admin hours are counted across the weeks you coach. If you plan or market in the holidays too, your real figure is lower than this.
The matching employed job is your real rate divided by 1.2, because an employee also gets 5.6 weeks of paid holiday, an employer pension contribution and sick pay. Self-employed, you fund all three yourself.
