SSinew

For coaches, instructors and tutors, and the clubs they run

Sinew is the business side of coaching, handled.

The money before the session, the register at the side of the pitch, the parent list that belongs to you, and an honest answer to “did last term actually work?” Parents booking is the front door, not the product.

£20 a month plus 2.5% of each booking, with Stripe’s card fee at cost. Parents pay nothing. No contract.

What the business side actually is

Booking is the front door. This is the rest of the house.

The money, the register, the parent list and the numbers. They are the reason the Sunday night exists, and they are what Sinew is actually for.

The one that changes everything else

Money before the session

Card payment at the moment a parent books. Blocks of six or the whole twelve-week term up front, sibling discount codes, and payouts into your own Stripe account in your own name.

Autumn term

£4,212.00

collected before week one

Numbers you can act on

Bookings taken, money collected, how many families. Month by month, and this month against last.

The parent relationship

A consented list that belongs to you, and bulk emails in your name with templates, a sent log and unsubscribes honoured.

The session actually run

Register on a phone, emergency contacts, “asthma, blue inhaler in the red bag”, CSV export, safeguarding log.

New families, without adverts

A five-question finder turns the parent who is not ready to book into a name and a number to ring on Tuesday.

The honest comparison

You are not choosing between booking systems.

You are choosing between this and the way it is done now. On the left is what runs your business today. On the right is what replaces it.

Nobody has ever lost a coaching business to a missing booking widget.

The session actually run

Everything you would have written on the back of an envelope

Who is booked, who is here, who cannot be photographed, and who has an inhaler in their bag. One thumb marks the register. Incidents are logged properly, and the medical notes never travel with the list you send your support coach.

The parent relationship

One email to all 54 families, in your name

“St Anne’s have closed the pitches, so Saturday is off and will be added to the end of term.” Saved templates, a sent log, replies to your inbox, unsubscribes honoured. It is your list, not a platform’s mailing tool.

The front door

One page at your own handle, and it is your web presence

sinew.club/yourname, with your face, your name, your twelve-week terms and your prices. It goes in the WhatsApp group and the Instagram bio. Parents book and pay on it, and nobody needs an account.

The parent who is not ready to book answers five questions instead: age, ability, which day suits. They land in your enquiries with a phone number.

Booking, in proportion

It is one of eleven screens, and the only one a parent ever sees.

The whole arrangement, in one line

Your parents belong to you.

There is no Sinew directory and no discovery feed, so no parent ever lands on a list of coaches near them with you third from bottom. You front everything: your name, your face, your brand, your link. The consented list is yours to export whenever you like, and if you left tomorrow you would take your families with you.

Every competitor makes you a listing inside their platform. We are rails, not a marketplace.

Before you decide anything

Work out what your hour is really worth

Free, no sign-up. Put in your prices, the driving, the cones and the Sunday nights. Coaches who think a session earns them £96.00 an hour usually find the real figure is nearer £19.84, and almost all of the gap is the business side.
